Welcome to SEVNTN:04. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

SEVNTN:04 is a fashion brand offering distinctive bags and fashion pieces that combine expressive design, statement details and individual style.

Our collections include The Duality, The Croc Effect Firkin, The Muse, The Mixd and The Merveille. Product availability and collection offerings may change over time.

2. Products and availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, prices and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.

Our products are offered in limited quantities, and availability may differ by design and colour.

Most products are available on a pre-order basis, while selected items may occasionally be available as ready-to-ship stock.

The product listing will indicate whether an item is available for pre-order or is currently in stock. Customers should check the availability information displayed on the relevant product page before placing an order.

Product descriptions and variations

Our products may feature distinctive materials, textures, colours and design details. For example, The Duality features a frosted transparent body, a croc-embossed flap and a padlock closure.

We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately through photographs and descriptions. Minor variations in colour, appearance or finish may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings or normal manufacturing differences.

Such variations do not excuse a product that materially differs from its description or fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Product availability

We cannot guarantee that every colour, design or product will remain available at all times.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been accepted, we will contact the customer to explain the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required by law.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

The price displayed for a product at checkout is the price applicable to that order, subject to any clearly communicated delivery charges and applicable promotions.

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Such changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. Where PayFast is offered, payments will be processed through its payment system.

Customers may also arrange to pay by EFT or PayShap by contacting us on WhatsApp at +27 74 747 9809. Orders paid this way will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

If a genuine pricing or listing error is discovered, we will contact the affected customer to explain the issue and discuss the available options in accordance with applicable law.

4. Placing and confirming orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected products, colours, quantities, prices and delivery details before completing checkout.

Customers should ensure that their contact details and delivery addresses are accurate.

After an order is placed, SEVNTN:04 may send an order confirmation or other communication confirming the purchase details.

If we need additional information to process an order, we may contact the customer using the details supplied at checkout.

Nothing in these terms permits us to disregard an accepted order or cancel it unfairly.

5. Pre-orders and fulfilment

Most SEVNTN:04 products are available on a pre-order basis. This means that the product is sourced from our supplier after the order has been placed and payment confirmed, rather than being immediately available in our local stock.

Our estimated delivery timeframe for pre-order products is 7–10 business days from confirmed payment to delivery under normal operating conditions.

This estimated timeframe allows for:

  • Sourcing and receiving the product from our supplier.
  • Checking and preparing the product for dispatch.
  • Packaging the order.
  • Local courier delivery to the customer.

The supplier’s estimated delivery time to us is approximately one week. Additional time is required to prepare and deliver the order to the customer.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

The 7–10 business day timeframe is an estimate and is not a guarantee that every order will arrive within that period. Unexpected supplier delays, courier disruptions or other circumstances may affect fulfilment.

If a material delay occurs, we will communicate the relevant information and discuss the available options with the customer, in accordance with applicable law.

If we are unable to supply a product, we will notify the customer and provide the appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

6. In-stock products

Although most of our products are available on pre-order, selected products may occasionally be available from existing stock.

Orders for in-stock products generally require less fulfilment time because the products do not need to be sourced from our supplier after purchase.

Our estimated delivery timeframe for in-stock products is 2–5 business days from confirmed payment to delivery, depending on order processing, courier availability and the delivery destination.

This timeframe is an estimate. Customers should check the relevant product listing and delivery information at checkout for the applicable availability and estimated delivery details.

7. Shipping and delivery

SEVNTN:04 offers local delivery within South Africa, subject to service availability and the delivery destination.

We may use suitable delivery providers, including The Courier Guy and PAXI, depending on the delivery method selected and available arrangements.

Estimated delivery times

The following estimates may apply under normal operating conditions:

Pre-order products
Approximately 7–10 business days from confirmed payment to delivery, including supplier fulfilment, packaging and local delivery.

In-stock products
Approximately 2–5 business days from confirmed payment to delivery.

For individual courier services, indicative transit times after dispatch may differ:

  • The Courier Guy Priority: generally 1–2 business days between eligible major centres.
  • PAXI Speed: generally 3–5 business days.
  • PAXI Economy: generally 7–9 business days.

Courier transit estimates are separate from any additional time needed to source and prepare a pre-order. Actual delivery times may vary by destination and service selected.

Where a specific delivery estimate is communicated at checkout or agreed with the customer, that information will apply to the order, subject to applicable law.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout or in a promotion.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed or communicated before the customer completes the purchase.

Delivery costs may vary according to the service selected, delivery address, parcel dimensions and applicable courier rates.

Delivery addresses

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact details.

If a delivery address needs to be corrected, customers should contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after an order has been dispatched.

Any additional delivery charges will be communicated before being incurred, subject to applicable law.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

We will assess the issue and advise the customer on the appropriate next steps.

Customers retain all rights and remedies available to them under applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns and cancellations

Refunds

Pre-order status does not automatically remove a customer’s legal cancellation rights.

Any cancellation charges will only be applied where legally permitted and reasonable in the circumstances.

10. Promotions and limited availability

Some SEVNTN:04 products may be offered in limited quantities or as part of specific collections, launches or promotions.

We reserve the right to update future promotional offers, product selections and availability. Such changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired by customers.

This provision does not remove our obligations relating to accepted orders, product quality, refunds, delivery or any other responsibility imposed by law.
